For 25 years, Development Associates International has been committed to servant leadership for transforming communities. One thousand students from 19 countries are enrolled in DAI’s accredited MA in Organizational Leadership. DAI’s staff in 82 countries also run continual learning courses. In 2020, they trained 135,000 leaders, including 108,000 online. In the Leadership Lab, DAI’s global staff collaborate to create a variety of transformative learning content that inspires and equips Christians for servant leadership.
