Course Description
Get a biblical vision for women and men leading together in families, churches, and societies. This course will challenge your cultural traditions. And it will help you develop the potential of the women and men you lead and serve with. You will receive a DAI certificate when you complete this course.
You’ll Learn To …
- Identify and describe cultural assumptions about women and men
- Study the scriptures sensitively to hear what they actually teach about women
- Distinguish the truth and authority of scripture from ways of interpreting scripture
- Develop a scriptural view of women and men serving together as leaders
- Plan effective ways to empower women to use their gifts faithfully
The Women in Leadership course helped my spiritual growth. I often would condition myself to accept an inferior status as natural. I now feel a sense of importance in God’s overall plan.
